大众、宝马宣布在华大动作！

近期，大众与宝马相继宣布在华重大举措，展现对中国市场长期信心。

在智能驾驶领域，大众汽车正加速技术落地。7月22日，大众与地平线宣布深化合作，通过合资公司酷睿程，开发中国本土人工智能（AI）驾驶解决方案。方案计划于2026年三季度率先搭载于七款全新电动车型，预计2027年下半年实现L3级自动驾驶正式交付。大众集团首席执行官布鲁姆表示，中国是其通往创新与技术的关键门户。分析人士认为，这一模式标志着中国智驾技术正从本土应用走向对外输出。

与此同时，宝马集团于7月10日发布最新中国战略，宣布以“新世代”平台为核心，加快产品、研发、制造及本土创新体系建设。目前，宝马已在北京、上海、沈阳、南京建立德国之外最大的研发网络之一，本土团队深度参与智能交互、数字座舱等领域开发。宝马表示，中国已成为其全球最重要的战略市场之一，持续提升本土研发决策效率与创新能力，是快速响应中国市场需求的关键。

从大众的智驾技术共创到宝马的新世代体系落地，跨国车企正从过去“海外技术平移、本土微调”的模式，全面转向“本土联合研发、中方深度参与”的新阶段。中国市场的角色，已从单纯的生产基地和销售市场，升级为全球汽车产业的技术策源地与创新试验场。

福特与吉利将在西班牙成立合资公司

Ford and Geely will Establish a Joint Venture in Spain

据媒体报道，7月23日，美国福特汽车公司宣布与吉利汽车控股有限公司达成协议，双方将在西班牙瓦伦西亚成立合资公司，通过产能共享，为欧洲市场打造福特及吉利品牌的多种能源汽车产品。

According to media reports, on July 23rd, Ford Motor and Geely Automobile Holding Ltd. reached an agreement to establish a joint venture in Valencia, Spain, to create a variety of energy vehicle products under the Ford and Geely brands for the European market through capacity sharing.

获得监管批准后，该合资公司将于2027年上半年投入运营，首款新车型将于2028年下线。

After obtaining regulatory approval, the joint venture company will be put into operation in the first half of 2027, and the first new model will be launched in 2028.

报道指出，福特与吉利新成立的合资企业，是为应对欧洲市场“全球竞争白热化、成本压力持续走高、法规不断收紧”的现实而推出的战略举措。

The report points out that the newly established joint venture between Ford and Geely is a strategic measure launched to cope with the new reality of "intense global competition, relentless cost pressure and tightening regulation" in the European market.

安联集团以逾20亿美元收购汇丰新加坡保险业务

Allianz to Buy HSBC's Singapore Insurance Unit for over $2 Billion

据外媒报道，安联集团周五表示，已同意以27亿新元（约合20.9亿美元）收购汇丰的新加坡寿险业务，从而扩大其在亚洲寿险和健康保险市场的布局。

According to foreign media reports, Allianz Group announced on July 24 that it has agreed to acquire HSBC's Singapore life insurance unit for 2.7 billion Singapore dollars ($2.09 billion), expanding the company's footprint in Asia's life and health insurance market.

报道称，此举凸显了这家德国保险公司在新加坡扩大业务的决心，该公司表示，该市场基本面强劲，包括稳定的经济增长和健全的监管环境。

The report stated that the announcement underscores the German insurer’s push to expand in Singapore, where the company said the market is backed by strong fundamentals, including steady economic growth and robust regulation.

据悉，作为交易的一部分，安联还将与汇丰新加坡公司建立为期15年的独家分销合作伙伴关系，以加强其在该地区的业务联系。

As part of the deal, Allianz will also enter a 15-year exclusive distribution partnership with HSBC Singapore to strengthen its ties in the region.
